Student password recovery
The credentials for accessing the E-Learning platform are the same as those for the Online Student Secretariat (Fiscal Code and Password). If you do not remember the password, you can recover it by accessing the Online Student Secretariat and clicking on the "Forgotten password" link in the side menu. Here is the direct link to access to the recovery form.
It is not currently possible to access the e-learning platform with the Public Digital Identity System (SPID).
Teacher password recovery
If the password has been lost or forgotten, it will not be possible to recover it but a new one must be requested by contacting the reference structure.
In details:
- teachers must contact their Faculty Secretariat;
- whoever has a research contract, must contact the Research Training Office;
- the TAB personal, must go to the ICT Area office (ground floor of the Palazzetto Russi, via Balzarini 1 - Teramo).
On the other hand, it is possible to update or change the old password independently, through the pss.unite.it password change service.
Temporary account password recovery
If you have requested a temporary account, the password has been sent to you via SMS to the telephone number provided during registration. If you lost it, it can be retrived by entering the telephone number in the "Username" field below (without country code and spaces). Alternatively, you can enter, in the "Email address" field, the email provided during registration.
The instructions for password recovery will be sent to the address provided during registration.
