Dear all

Due to the recurring confusion regarding the exam procedure, the final grade registration (verbalizzazione), and the difference between the OFFICIAL EXAM DATES published on the university website and the dates of the internal module exams, I find it necessary to clarify the entire process once again. I hope that this message will now make everything fully clear.

I am also attaching the PDF of the slides previously provided, which explain in detail the exam modalities for my module and for the modules taught by Prof. Mauro and Prof. Marta Czernick.

OFFICIAL EXAM DATES (GRADE REGISTRATION ONLY)

The following dates are the ONLY official exam dates shown on the UNITE website and refer exclusively to the final grade registration (verbalizzazione) of the ENTIRE integrated course:

• 05/02/2026 at 10:00

• 24/02/2026 at 10:00

• 10/06/2026 at 10:00

 Important: These dates are not written or oral exams. They are only for registering the final averaged grade at the UNITE Student Services Office.

Internal exams and final grade calculation

The final grade for the integrated course includes both parts of the exam and is calculated as the arithmetic average of:

• Cytology and Histology & Morphological Analysis of Cells and Tissues Laboratory (Prof. Mauro and myself)

• Cellular Physiology & Cell Culture Laboratory (Prof. Marta Czernick)

As far as I know, you have already completed Prof. Marta's Modules. However, I am not aware of whether there are students who have recently arrived in Teramo and therefore still need to take the Cellular Physiology & Cell Culture Laboratory exams. For this reason, you must contact Prof. Marta Czernick directly, who will decide how to proceed in this specific case.

Grade registration or retake

• If you are satisfied with the final average (average of all modules to be published on the E-learning platform after the 22nd of January), you may proceed with booking the grade registration (verbalizzazione) on one of the official dates listed above.

• If you are not satisfied with the final average, you may retake the exams, partially or entirely, before the second official registration call, scheduled for 24/02/2026 at 10:00

I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the attached slides, as they contain the same information explained above.
