During the course, homeworks and mini-projects will be assigned to be carried out individually or in groups (2 people), according to the teacher's instructions.

The homeworks and mini-projects will be delivered before the exam and will be followed by an oral discussion on the exam date.

The homeworks are sequential, before starting it is necessary to follow the following procedure.

Initial procedure:

- Choose and design a web application (i.e. a website) that you want to propose.

- Provide the following information (first and last name for each team member, title and app description) here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pfuKbrmo4lb5z372W2oskIat9PJN5aHOZDLi9xngYU0/edit?usp=sharing

- Wait for the teacher's approval and then start designing the app

Homework 1: App design

Detailed description of your app in terms of information architecture, user experience design, and user interface design (up to 15 pages). The template to follow (template-design-documentation) is available here: https://elearning.unite.it/mod/resource/view.php?id=101691

Material: Slides on the topic "User Experience" + textbook + completed examples of design documents and diagrams ("Lab" + "Examples" folders)

Homework 2: HTML Prototype

Create an HTML+CSS prototype of the designed app. To this end, choose and download a "responsive free HTML5 template" (searching for these keywords on Google) and modify it following the design document. The prototype (2 or 3 web pages including the homepage) will conform to the choices made in the design document.

Material: Slides topic "Internet and Web" + examples in the "Lab" folder

Homework 3: SEO

Apply SEO rules and methodologies to the App design (homework 1) and the prototype (homework 2). Document the choices you make here: https://elearning.unite.it/mod/resource/view.php?id=102063

Material: Slides on "SEO" topic

Homework 4: Website

Create the designed website, by following one of the following options:

- Complete the prototype for all the expected pages, or

- Create the site via Worpress (choosing a theme similar to that of the prototype)

The homeworks must be delivered to the teacher via email within 4 days before the chosen exam date (the HTML folder must be compressed in .zip, if you choose the Worpress site it must be exposed via the Duplicator plugin), to allow the teacher to view them. On the exam date, the student must present themselves with their PC and discuss the work carried out.
